Refund policy

You bought credits and did not use them. Ask within 14 days and you get your money back. The rest of this page is the detail around that.

Last updated 7 August 2026

Short version

  • Unused credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • Credits already spent: not refundable, because the work was done.
  • Pins that failed to publish: never charged in the first place.
  • Free starter credits: no monetary value, nothing to refund.

Unused credits

If you buy a credit pack and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund the unused portion to the original payment method. If you spent some of the pack, we refund the remainder at the per-credit rate you paid.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Used credits

Credits consumed by publishing pins, generating copy or extracting articles are not refundable. Those actions cost us money at the moment they happen, which is why the price list is published up front and why rendering, editing and analytics are free.

If a charge looks wrong to you, the credit ledger in your account shows what every deduction was for. Tell us the entry you are disputing and we will look at it.

Failed publishes

A pin is charged when Pinterest accepts it. If a publish fails — a rate limit, an expired token, an outage, a rejected image — no credit is deducted. If a bug on our side ever causes a double charge, we credit it back without you having to ask, and we will tell you we did.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on the account with:

  • The purchase date or the invoice number.
  • The team the credits belong to.
  • Whether you want the whole unused balance refunded or part of it.

You do not have to give a reason. We will confirm the amount before processing anything.

Exclusions

  • Free credits granted at signup or as a goodwill gesture.
  • Purchases older than 14 days, unless consumer law in your country says otherwise.
  • Accounts closed by us for a breach of the terms of use.
  • Credits bought with a promotional discount are refunded at the discounted rate actually paid.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. By buying credits and using them immediately you may be asked to acknowledge that the service starts straight away, which affects that right for the portion you consumed. Your rights in respect of unused credits are unaffected, and nothing in this policy limits rights the law gives you.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates, which stops your queue publishing — and in almost every case we would have refunded you faster than the bank will.
