Cookie policy

PinSked runs on essential cookies only. There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracker, and nothing that follows you around after you leave.

What we use

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use them for two things: keeping you signed in, and stopping form submissions being forged. Both are strictly necessary, which means they do not require a consent banner under UK and EU rules.

If we ever add analytics or anything else non-essential, this page will change first and you will be asked to opt in before it runs.

The cookies

CookiePurposeLifetime
pinsked_sessionKeeps you signed in and tied to your current team2 weeks
XSRF-TOKENProtects forms against cross-site request forgery2 hours
remember_web_*Set only if you tick "remember me" at login5 years or until you log out

We also use browser local storage in the application to remember interface preferences, such as which calendar view you last had open. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.

This website

The marketing site you are reading is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies at all and makes no third-party requests.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you view and delete cookies, and to block them entirely. Blocking the essential cookies above will stop you being able to log in to PinSked, because the application uses them to know who you are.

Changes

Updates to this policy are dated at the top of the page. Questions: [email protected].
